Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Since ALFI provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software and content), we generally do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent/accessed.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues or technical failure.
- Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.
